This new venture will be overseen by founder Russell Cousins who is the sole director of Cousins Securities Pty Ltd. Scheduled to commence trading in August 2008, one of the main objectives is to achieve regular 100% occupancy within the first three years. This will be achieved through the implementation of an aggressive marketing plan which will enlist the support of external health professionals.
